I got this bike new in June of 2004. Suzuki had the SV650 V-Twin out for
several years and when I saw this 1000cc version, I knew that this was my
bike. I knew that I wanted something in the 1000cc range, so after I test
rode several other manufactures bikes, I like the seating position and
power of the SV1000 best.

Modifications to date:
1) K&N air filter
2) Power Commander
3) Yoshimura 2 to 1 full System
4) Tire hugger
5) Fender Eliminator
a) Installed resistors to allow the
turn signals to flash at normal speed.
6) Passenger seat fiberglass cover
7) Frame Sliders
8) New rear tire at 9800 miles, Michelin Pilot Road. The bike came with         
       a Michelin Pilot Sport. I wanted to see if I would get some better                
       mileage. Plus I ride in the rain. Doesn't bother me.
9) full lower fairings in matching color. (not shown, simple bolt on)
